The latest-generation KP cleaning machines with modified alcohols operate in a vacuum throughout every phase of the cleaning process, guaranteeing finished products are free of residue and oily substances without releasing harmful substances into the environment. All KP products ensure a drastic reduction in consumption, halving processing cycle times and delivering first-class cleaning thanks to the built-in ultrasound system and the use of “universal” solvents which have a low environmental impact.
The units can handle all types of materials, including: AVP, AVZ, PR 80, 16CrNi4, 16Cr- Ni4Pb, 18CrMo5, 42CrMS4, 18CrMo5, 42CrMS4, 11s aluminium, brass, AISI 303 stainless steel, ETG 88 and ETG 100.
As well as these more commonly used materials, they also clean PVC, Teflon and Ergal bars, as well as other steel, copper, bronze and cast iron alloys.
Minuterie di precisione has acquired a high-performance IFP KP100HMA machine for the surface washing of small parts which uses vacuum cleaning technology with modified alcohol. All the parts it produces are cleaned in this way and it also provides a contract cleaning service.
The cleaning cycles can be varied according to the parts, thanks to the software which is equipped with a microchip which allows the system to handle several loading stations with their dedicated washing and finishing cycles.
